Pga många anmälda tikar flyttas samtliga valpar till Paula Bockman-Chato under vår utställning på fredagen. Enligt överrenkommelse med SvVK kommer de spegelvända detta så att samtliga anmälda valpar döms av Karen Fisher på lördagens SvVK-utställning.

Entrén till utställningsområdet öppnar kl 07.30

OBS! Inga bilar på området innanför entré-grindarna, gäller även avlastning och funktionärer.

ÖPPNINGSCEREMONI & FRUKOST HOS SvVK

Missa inte SvVK’s fullspäckade program under dagen och helgen! Samtliga utställare och funktionärer välkomnas till frukostsamling med öppningsceremoni, start kl 08.30 i stora finalringen.

KATALOG

Förbetalade kataloger kan hämtas i sekretariatet mot uppvisande av kvitto. Vi erbjuder ett begränsat antal fysiska kataloger till en kostnad av 60 kr. Den digitala versionen av katalogen kommer vara tillgänglig på www.saluki.se från kl. 8.00 den 25:e juli.

UTSTÄLLARTÄLT

Alla ringar har en säkerhetszon på 2 meter mellan inre och yttre ringband. I säkerhetszonen får det inte finnas några tältsnören eller andra hinder. Mellan var tredje tält ska det lämnas 1,5 meter fri yta. Utställartält får sättas upp tidigast torsdagen den 24:e juli kl 17:00. Ytor för utställare med och utan tält kommer att vara uppmärkta – var vänliga håll er till angivna platser. Vi ber er respektera ytan märkt “endast funktionärer”.

VACCINATIONSKONTROLL

Enligt SKK:s regler – inga valpar under 4 månader på utställningsområdet! Vaccinations-kontroll sker via stickprovskontroller från 7.30, medtag giltigt/giltiga vaccinationsbevis.

AVMASKINING

För avmaskning ta med egna tabletter. Veterinär kommer finnas på plats mellan 11.00-13.00 (200 kr), uppsök SvVKs informationstält för information.

VI ERBJUDER PÅ PLATS

Lotteri och tipspromenad med fina priser! Barn med hund och juniorhandling – 40 kr, samt bästa par – 60 kr, anmäls i sekretariatet. BIS för släthår, particolor och COO kommer arrangeras (ingen extra kostnad). Sekretariatet tar emot kort och Swish.

Det kommer att finnas ett torg med försäljare/utställare samt food trucks på utställningsområdet.

FOTOGRAFERING

Var god respektera följande: fotografering i ringarna vid placering är tillåtet, men gör det snabbt och smidigt och var vänlig att ge utrymme åt SvSRs officiella fotograf!

PARKERINGSAVGIFT

Parkeringsavgifter: personbil – 50 SEK/dag; husbil/husvagn – 150 SEK/dygn. Avgiften kan betalas med kontanter eller Swish till 123 388 51 91. Husbilar och husvagnar har tillträde till området från kl 12.00 på torsdag 24/7.

OBSERVERA!

Det finns inte eluttag, annan campingservice eller bankomater på området. Bajamajor finns uppställda inne på området samt vid parkeringen.

JUDGING STARTS 10.00 IN BOTH RINGS

Be on time – approximately 20-25 dogs are judged per hour in both rings!

Due to the large number of bitch entries, all puppies are moved to Paula Bockman-Chato. According to an agreement with SvVK, they will mirror this so that all entried puppies will be judged by Karen Fisher at Saturday's Sighthound Club show.

The gates to the venue opens at 07.30

NOTE! No cars allowed inside the entrance gates, this applies to both show attendants and officials.

OPENING & BREAKFAST BY THE SWEDISH SIGHTHOUND CLUB

Don't miss out on The Swedish Sighthound Clubs packed program during the day and weekend!

All exhibitors and officials are welcome to the breakfast gathering/opening ceremony, starting at 08.30 in the grand final ring. Fourfriends will be giving out a goodie bag to everyone who attends the breakfast gathering. You can find the full info and time table at:

CATALOGUE

Prepaid catalogs can be retrieved at the secretary by showing your receipt. We will offer a limited amount of physical catalog on site at the price of SEK 60. The digital version of the catalog will be available at www.saluki.se from 8.00 on the 25th of July.

EXHIBITOR TENTS

All rings have a safety zone of 2 meters between inner and outer ring markings. In this zone no tent strings or other obstacles are allowed. A minimum of 1,5 meters of free space is required between every third tent. No exhibitor tents can be set up before Thursday 24th of July at 17:00. Areas for exhibitors with or without tents will be marked out – please keep to the designated spots. We ask you to respect the area marked “endast funktionärer” – this means staff only.

VACCINATION CONTROL

Vaccination requirements are according to SKK:s regulations – no puppies under 4 months of

age are allowed on the showground! Vaccination control: at random from 7.30, bring valid vaccination certificate.

DEWORMING

For deworming, bring your own tablets. A veterinarian will be on site between 11.00-13.00 for deworming (SEK 200), visit The Swedish Sighthound Club’s information tent for info.

WE OFFER ON SITE

Lottery and quiz with lovely prices! ’Child with dog’ and junior handling – SEK 40, and best

brace – SEK 60 kr, are entered at the secretary. BIS for smooth, particolor and COO will be held (no additional costs). The secretary accepts card and cash payments.

There will be a market with arts and crafts and food trucks on the showground.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please respect: photographing of placed dogs in the ring is allowed, but make it quick and effective and be sure to make space for the Saluki Club’s official photographer!

PARKING FEE

Parking fees; car – SEK 50/day, caravan/camper – SEK 150/24 hours, paid in cash. Caravan and campers have access to the area from 12.00 Thursday 24th of July.

NOTE!

There are no electrical outlets, other camper services or ATM machines present at the site. Portapotties are placed inside the venue as well as at the parking.

SURVEILLANCE OF AREA

Do not stay in the exhibition area between 22:00 asnd 06:00.

The Saluki club is not responsible for thefts or lost items.
